We recommend that you review your policy documents before speaking to our claims advisor to ensure that you have coverage for the type of claim you intend to make.

To facilitate a speedy and efficient process, we will require the following information: 

  • Policy Reference number from your certificate 
  • Details about the insured property, including its location and some specifics 
  • Information about your claim, including a description and the date of loss 
  • Approximate cost to repair or replace any damaged items involved

Please note that it is crucial to submit your claim as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the date of the claimed incident. We must be informed of any incidents that are related to the buildings or contents that affect the insurance coverage provided.
